If you'd like to make your way through this process at the end of the year like I do, you can set aside time each day to focus on one exercise from the 1st of December to the 31st of December. That way, by the time you hit New Years Eve - you'll be that person smiling quietly inside because you know WHO you are & WHERE you're heading - you've got a dream!!
Alternatively, some years December just gets the better of me. So, I set aside 3-7 days where I make my way through all 31 exercises at once instead usually during January.
Whatever feels most exciting to you is perfect - just make sure you create the space!
Do I need to do this at the end of the year?
Absolutely not. Another beautiful time of year is your birthday. What a special way to celebrate your next year around the sun.
